As you probably all know, the Motorhome & Caravan Show 2020 which was due to take place at the NEC in Birmingham this week has been cancelled because of the Covid-19 situation. We were also informed last week that the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show which was planned for February 2021 at the NEC will also not take place. Obviously, health is the most important thing at the moment and we want you all to stay safe, but we are of course very disappointed that we will not be able to see and reminisce with all of our regular customers and will not have the chance to talk to many people who we have not yet met before to chat about our tours.

As the Motorhome & Caravan Show would have started today, we have decided to do our own small version in a digital format and every day this week we will send you a short email with information about a particular tour. If you are interested in this (or any other tour), please do not hesitate to contact us with your questions – we would be happy to send you more information.

Our “Springtime in Holland” tour starts in the beautiful city of Ghent from where we move on to Amsterdam. In these wonderful cities you will have enough time to see all the sights, visit famous museums, or take a boat trip on the canals. From there we move on to Alkmaar arriving on a Friday so that we can all experience its famous cheese market. On the way, you can visit the Zaanse Schaans open-air museum or stroll around some of the well-known towns on the Isselmeer. We then travel to the Keukenhof Gardens where you can see up to 7 million spring-flowering bulbs and the Inspirational Gardens and our visit coincides with the annual flower parade. Our next stop is Delft, famous for its blue earthenware. Together we take part in a group workshop, where we can paint a tile in the traditional Royal Delft way, which can be purchased before leaving. From Delft you can visit Gouda, the windmills in Kinderdijk or the capital The Hague, home to the Dutch royal family. The tour ends at a beautiful seaside resort where you can go for long cycle rides, take walks in the dunes or relax on the beach and enjoy the sea air.

This year has been hard for everybody, but we are optimistic that things and in particular the situation with Covid-19 will get back to normal next year. We understand, that some of you may be worried about booking a tour due to the current situation, however if we must cancel a tour again next year, any payment you make will be fully reimbursed, as is stated in our terms and conditions. All payments we receive are insured by an insolvency insurance through one of the largest German insurance companies and we send you a secured payment certificate with the booking confirmation. This allows you to book with confidence, knowing that your money is safe under any circumstances.

Stay safe!
