We hope you are all well and that some of you were inspired by our last newsletter and got your motorhome out of hibernation for some winter travelling.
Maybe your next trip out is to the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show at the NEC starting on Tuesday 21stof February in Birmingham. We have exhibited at this show since we started the company in 2015, but as you know the show was cancelled in both 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid restrictions. The first time it opened its doors again was last year, but again with many restrictions and a changed floor plan. We were booked on that show and had paid our 50% deposit, but decided at the beginning of 2022 not to go, as the number of Covid infections was very high again at that time. Due to this decision, we lost our stand and this year the organisers were only able to offer us one 6 sqm stand in a position we were not happy about, so we decided to give the show a miss this year. This is a shame, as we love to talk about our tours and many customers have already told us that they wanted to visit us at our stand as usual and to use it as a meeting point for reunions like in previous years. Unfortunately, this will not be possible this year, but as we keep all the WhatsApp groups of past tours alive, we suggest you arrange a meeting at one of the many cafes/restaurants using your WhatsApp group(s).
We will be closing bookings for our “Springtime in Holland” tour on February 15th. It is a very popular time to visit Holland mainly because of the Bloemencorso van de Bollenstreek flower parade and the campsites are fully booked. Many of the campsites we will be using on the tour have contacted us wanting to know exactly how many pitches we need (of the 12 we always reserve), and we have told them we will let them know by the middle of next week. So, if you are interested in joining us on this great tour we will need to know as soon as possible.
